Update 6/18 @ 9:00AM PST: It appears Orange UK is now reporting iPhone 4 supply shortages until August. At this rate. I’m expecting iPhone 4 supply shortages to hit across all regions. If you want an iPhone 4, I would suggest you (1) pre-order yours now and also (2) try getting one at the store. If you’re successful at picking one up, just cancel your pre-order.
Update 6/14 @ 4:00PM PST: The iPhone Pre-Order inventory is now out of stock at AT&T. Earliest you can now receive the iPhone is July 2nd.

Things to Note:
- Premier (Corporate Discount) appears to be working on some affiliate programs. 18% program worked but for 30% programs, iPhone 4 was not listed. When trying to manually add the SKU #, iPhone 4 product page does appear but was given a message that discounts are not applicable to this product. Activation fee is not waived and appears on checkout screen
- Checking out via NON-Premier, does not show a activation fee on final check-out although I’m sure it will show up on your bill
- All iPhone pre-order sites (Apple Store, AT&T) appear to be providing free next day air
- iPhone 4 Bumper costs a ridiculous $29 (costs $0.15~ to make in China). Made of “basic” rubber material. I’ll relabel this product as iPhone Rip-Me-Offer
- Apple Store is completely down as of 2:45 AM PST. Prompts message “Ooops” *cough Verizon*
- Per GAAP (accounting rules), customer’s credit card should not be billed until product ships. TIP: Order as many as you’d like now and cancel later (before 6/24) if you, your friends, or your buyers decide not to want it.

The Apple Store is down as of 10:00PM PST. Rumor posted on various blogs say that pre-orders will begin as early as 1:00 PM PST. I guess we’ll soon find out. No way am I standing in line to purchase the iPhone 4.
