It’s time to finally going back to the gym, consistently. Many of you know I used to go regularly when I was in college till my lung popped (unfortunate, i know). Since then, I’ve made several attempts to start my routine exercise again but usually would last a month before I stopped going.
However, I think it’s time I start again, for good. I’m so serious about it that I’m writing an entry for this. Like many say, first got to write it down on paper to force yourself. Here’s a before/after picture for my body forecast. Anyone else interested is welcome to join the venture
