There’s a class action suite against Sprint for ETF (Early Termination Fees). I suggest you file this claim as if they win, you get $90. The only requirement is that you were charged an ETF from July 1, 1999 and December 31, 2008.
This applies to me since I cancelled Sprint when I switched over to T-Mobile. I tried to get the ETF waived because of the new fee increase starting January but they wouldn’t budge and I didn’t want to waste any more time argueing with the representative. Even though this isn’t a $200 refund, $90 makes me happy.
